言昱设计新作|apartment 24-01

户型是三层复式住宅，业主希望重新组织房屋现有结构，以改善其内部空间利用情况。为了实现实现空间的通透性，采用了既简单又流畅的平面布局。

The house type is a three story duplex house. The owner wants to reorganize the existing structure of the house to improve its internal space utilization. In order to achieve the spatial permeability, a simple and smooth layout is adopted.

会客厅 | Reception room

会客厅弱化电视背景墙概念，采用整面老虎玉石材对拼工艺，呈现一种优雅且淳朴的质感。

The reception hall weakens the concept of TV background wall and adopts the whole tiger jade stone matching technology to present an elegant and simple texture.

santan&cole 的落地灯和台灯。

Santan & Cole's floor lamp and table lamp.

大面积的落地窗使房间能够享受到明亮的光线和户外景致，充分引入了光线和自然风。

Large area floor to ceiling windows enable the room to enjoy bright light and outdoor scenery, fully introducing light and natural wind.

餐厅 | Dining area

CH24 的餐椅。

客厅、餐厅和厨房相连，中间的楼梯形成一个缓冲地带，这也为居住带来了更多样的体验。

The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected, and the middle stairs form a buffer zone, which also brings more experience for living.

生活厨房 | Living kitchen

厨房岛、橱柜、座椅等功能，在统一观感的同时也为房屋留出了更多自由空间。

Kitchen island, cabinets, seats and other functions, while unifying the view, also leave more free space for the house.

阅读区 | Reading area

独立于其他居住空间之外的书房，为业主提供了一个安静的沉思、阅读、瑜伽和娱乐空间。

The study, independent of other living spaces, provides a quiet space for contemplation, reading, yoga and entertainment for the owner.

卧室 | Bedroom

卧室增加学习阅读空间。

The bedroom increases the study reading space.

卫生间 | TOILET
