本案的屋主是一对恩爱的夫妻和一名刚上初中的儿子。简洁、收纳、舒适、质感，是他们对家的诉求。先生温文尔雅，热爱音乐，太太文静精致，热爱运动，他们和儿子以朋友的方式相处，一起看书，一起跑步，一起打游戏是他们的日常。他们注重家庭氛围，对于未来的家，希望既可以舒适享受休闲时光，又可以围坐一起幸福互动。

2. 客餐厅扩大，原客厅采光不足，希望改善

6. 次卫设置淋浴房，放置洗衣机，方便操作也避免噪音

Room renovation

1. 原径直入户，改设玄关形成门厅，利用厨房和原干区空间形成过道，原过道设置储物间，冰箱与备餐台和厨房对立放置，削弱过道感，增加空间利用率

2. 原三房朝南，改两房朝南，利用北阳台和部分原客厅空间形成次卧，另外一部分原客厅空间设置书桌和书柜，形成学习区。原次卧打通之后，客餐厅扩大，整个公共区域形成，南北通透，采光也得到很大的改善。客厅、餐厅、开发书房完美组合，增加空间的互动性

3. 次卧放置钢琴，可作单独的琴房，同时设置榻榻米，满足临时客房的需求

4. 主卫面积缩小，设置主卧衣帽间
